Just added couple notes to hopefully make it even better:
Talkative
Write more, so you become more eloquent and fluent over time. Works well with children. (Promote STU’s note-taking and journaling capability.)
Rushing thoughts
Record your ideas using voice notes when they come up. When you have time, look over your recorded ideas and see if any gems come up. (Promote STU’s brain-dump.)
Creativity
People with ADHD are demonstrated in scientific studies to think outside the box more than neurotypical people. When asked to draw an alien plant, for example, they draw easier and more creatively than neurotypical people. Our advice is for you to find creative pursuits to channel this strength into. (Promote STU’s goal setting and task breakdown ability. )
Connect the dots
ADHD improves someone’s ability to find connections between seemingly unrelated fields. This can improve your insight and understanding of a topic and give you ideas that people do not normally think about. (Promote STU’s mind map feature.)
Optimism
People with ADHD typically have a cheerful disposition, and their emotional authenticity is visible when talking to people. They seem to have no “barriers” when they talk about themselves to friends, which makes them come off as more approachable, optimistic, and honest. Surround yourself with positive, kind, and similarly authentic people and avoid toxic ones which may use these traits to manipulate you. (STU’s Discord server connects ADHD people.)
Passionate
You’re bound to be very passionate about what you find interesting at the moment. Embrace your passion and dedicate more time to it instead of forcing yourself to do things that drain your spirit. (STU helps with saving time by doing mandatory tasks so that you have more time to dedicate to hobbies.)
